Welcome to the Netherlands Member Committee of URSI (Union Radio-Scientifique Internationale) (Flyer-Dutch).

URSI is non-governmental and non-profit organization under the International Council for Science. It is responsible for stimulating and coordinating, on an international basis, studies, research, applications, scientific exchange, and communication in the fields of radio science.



The triennial URSI Asia Pacific Radio Science Conference (URSI AP-RASC) is one of the URSI flagship conferences besides the URSI General Assembly and Scientific Symposium and the AT-RASC conference (Atlantic Radio Science Conference).
The 2nd URSI AT-RASC will take place from March 9-15, 2019 in New Delhi's India Habitat Convention Centre and will have a series of convened and open sessions within the domains covered by all ten Commissions of URSI:

Commission A: Electromagnetic Metrology, Electromagnetic Measurements and Standards
Commission B: Fields and Waves
Commission C: Radio-communication Systems and Signal Processing
Commission D: Electronics and Photonics
Commission E: Electromagnetic Noise and Interference
Commission F: Wave Propagation and Remote Sensing
Commission G: Ionospheric Radio and Propagation
Commission H: Waves in Plasmas
Commission J: Radio Astronomy
Commission K: Electromagnetics in Biology and Medicine

Nobel Laureate 2012 Prof. David Wineland will be delivering the opening speech.

The URSI BeNeLux Forum 2018 was organized by the Netherlands URSI committee on January 25, 2018 at the Delft University of Technology in Delft.
